Well, hello! I’ve been reading so many wonderful fitness, health, and food blogs lately, that I decided to hope on board with the rest! I’m just going to jump right in and hope that you will catch on to my life quickly!
This morning I had two small pancakes, organic blueberry jam, and topped it off with slivers of almonds and a hearty cup of vanilla soy milk(hello, lactose intolerance! :p). Well, I’ll keep my first post short and sweet, as I need to fit in a workout before I am off to work for the night! Hope you all have a fabulous day!
